FIBC Bulk bags fabric coating process

Hello, welcome back to Dongxing FIBC Bulk bags, today we are introducing the base fabric coating process in the production process of FIBC Bulk bagss.
Now, we have come to the workshop of the film coating process of Teva Packaging. These advanced coating machines will add waterproof performance to our base cloth.
When the base cloth passes through the coating machine, the PE film is evenly coated on the base cloth. This process requires precise temperature and speed control to ensure the coating is uniform and strong.

Once the coating is complete, our quality control team will rigorously inspect the coated layer to ensure that there are no signs of floating film, burns to the membrane cloth, and that the coating is uniform and free of leakage.
To ensure the firmness of the coating, we conduct a hand rubbing test to ensure that the coating will not peel off under simple external force.
In addition, we also carry out leakage tests on the coated film to ensure that the FIBC Bulk bags is sealed against any leakage when loaded with all types of products.
The coated base fabric that has undergone rigorous quality control will be wound into rolls, and in the next installment we introduce the next part of the production of the FIBC Bulk bags – cutting and sewing.
