I. Raw material selection and pretreatment

  1. Raw material control
    We strictly select high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) particles, and all raw materials have passed SGS testing to ensure non-toxic, stretch-resistant, acid and alkali resistant. We keep samples of each batch of raw materials for inspection, so as to eliminate hidden quality problems from the source.
  2. Color matching and modification
    We customize the color according to customer’s demand and add antioxidant and anti-ultraviolet masterbatch to improve the weather resistance of the products. Adopting German imported twin-screw extruder for melt blending to ensure uniform dispersion of color masterbatch. Weaving process: precision weaving strength guarantee.
  3. Wire drawing
    After the raw material is melted at high temperature, it is extruded into silk through precision molds, and the precision of wire diameter control reaches ±0.02mm. High-speed circular looms (such as those made in Taiwan) are used to form a high-strength basecloth through warp and weft interweaving, and the grammage error is ≤1%.
  4. Base cloth inspection
    Each roll of base cloth is tested by electronic tensile machine to ensure that the breaking strength ≥ 2500N, top breaking strength ≥ 3500 N. At the same time, the thickness, density, light transmission rate of the full inspection, substandard products immediately scrapped.   5. Packing bag film lamination
    Adopting the film coating equipment imported from Italy, the LDPE resin is evenly coated on the surface of the base cloth to form a waterproof film of 0.03-0.05mm. Temperature, pressure and speed are controlled by three parameter linkage to ensure that the film layer is firmly adhered and free of air bubbles.
  6. Ventilation hole design
    According to the characteristics of the goods (such as powder, particles), through the laser perforation technology accurately open the air permeability holes, hole diameter 0.8-1.2mm, not only to ensure air permeability and prevent leakage. Sewing and structural molding of FIBC Bulk bags
  7. Intelligent cutting
    Adopting CAD layout system to automatically optimize the utilization rate of fabric (up to 95% or more). The precision of CNC cutting machine reaches ±0.5mm to ensure the uniformity of bag size.
  8. Multi-thread sewing
    Using Japanese heavy industrial sewing machine, the bag body adopts double-thread chain stitching, stitching strength ≥2000N/m. The connection between the sling and the bag body adopts “three-stranded wire + reinforcing sheet” technology, which can withstand 5:1 safety coefficient tensile force.   9. Physical properties test
    Including drop test (no breakage at 1.8 meters height), stacking test (no deformation at 4 layers for 24 hours), and lifting test (1.5 times the load for 5 minutes).

  11. Personalized processing

  12. Packaging and Logistics
    Finished products are folded or rolled according to customers’ requirements, using waterproof packing film + woven bag outer box to ensure the safety of long-distance transportation.
